I've been coding since the Y2K scare—when two-digit years caused panic, and now it’s AI replacing programmers. Turns out, AI can’t replace 25 years of hard-earned wisdom (or someone to fix its hallucinations). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ With 25+ years of hands-on development, I specialize in building robust products. Most of my career has been spent with early-stage startups, where I’ve taken full ownership to build complex systems/SaaS from the ground up—something I find deeply fulfilling. Having worked remotely since 2003, I thrive in autonomous roles, delivering results while collaborating closely with stakeholders and distributed teams. For the past 10+ years, I’ve focused on the Python ecosystem (Django/DRF, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, and some AI/ML), primarily as an architect and backend developer. Before that, I spent 15 years working mostly with Java/J2EE (1999–2014). I’m also comfortable with frontend and have built Android apps. In 2024, I launched CareerCraftAI.com, a micro-SaaS selected for Paddle AI Launchpad. I also enjoy writing and have contributed technical articles for startups like FusionAuth, Mailgun, ScrapingBee, SingleStore, Redpanda, and Hydra. One of my older Java articles has even been referenced by the University of Pennsylvania and Hibernate. I am an innovative software engineer who is particular about good UI/UX, clean code, and right development standards. I can bring the best of both worlds thanks to my technical training and previous work as a software engineer. I enjoy learning about cutting-edge software design techniques and new tools so that I may use them to create innovative mobile experiences.
