I’m fascinated by what makes people tick — and what makes great teams legendary. From building ventures in wedding cards, specialty coffee, IT services, nonprofits, real estate, and e-commerce, I’ve worn many hats and learned one thing: curiosity compounds.
At Accelera, I advise founders and scale-ups on building People functions that are proactive, not reactive. I help them avoid the "hire now, fix later" trap and instead create intentional hiring plans, team structures, and cultures built to endure.
Some founders see the value immediately. Some come back later with an "Oh, now I get it." Either way — they get it.
I’m also passionate about building payment products for emerging markets, helping bridge gaps where financial services often fall short. From remittances and bill pay to borderless B2B payments, our products will make complex money movement simpler and more accessible.

With 15 years of recruiting experience across tech, media, non-profit, manufacturing and the federal government space, I've led teams as large as 35+ globally to as nimble as 4, notably at The New York Times, Dotdash Meredith, Axios, to name a few. I've introduced sourcing functions at three organizations and brought executive recruiting in-house to reduce agency spend and identify top quality talent faster and smarter. In every organization I've had a hand in building or partnering in various Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives both as an ERG contributor and an executive thought leader. I served on the board for Latino Tech, an NYC-based organization aimed at creating networking opportunities for latinos in the tech industry and I currently serve on the Advisory Council for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.
