As a UX Researcher with a background in project and operations management I am passionate about creating and organizing systems that are scalable, easy to use, and accessible for all. I work well in teams and provide thorough research findings through user interviews, information architecture, and user testing.
My greatest strength lies in drawing on my client-facing experience. I am well-versed in leading creative projects and communicating design decisions to diverse stakeholders. I have a strong background in tech and are well versed in industry culture and best practices. As a former hands-on operations management professional with a great deal of experience in vendor management, SLAs, contract management, office build-outs and space planning, I have a diverse skill set. My focus was on people and culture, leasing, event planning, project management and the office budget.
After spending the past few years implementing safety policies; maintenance, emergency operations and compliance, I decided to transition into tech. I wanted to transition into a role that allows for me to use my background in solving business problems to user problems. As a user experience professional I now have the pleasure of working first hand with both users and stakeholders to create and design digital products.
I empathize well with individuals and can accurately communicate their needs, resulting in long lasting relationships between products and their target users.
