Prior to my current role at TRM Labs, I served as a Special Agent in the U.S. Secret Service where I completed both critical protection and investigative assignments. Within this role, my team and I gathered intelligence from the cybercriminal underground to mitigate systems vulnerabilities in real time by working directly with industry and victim businesses. My time as LE was punctuated by several opportunities to develop and deliver high-need training content for sworn law enforcement at several centers of excellence around the world like the National Computer Forensics Institute, the International Law Enforcement Academies, and more. At TRM Labs, I helped to build the best learning community for the next generation of investigators in response to the increasing prevalence of criminal activity involving cryptocurrencies and artificial intelligence. Quite literally starting from a blank page, my small team and I implemented a learner-centered platform within our blockchain intelligence tool and a robust, self-paced professional Certification curriculum. I've had the pleasure of working with some of the world's best investigators. Codifying their collective knowledge and wisdom into engaging and practical educational content to upskill at scale is an exciting and never ending challenge.
