Kyle has over 17 years of experience working in valuations, compliance, internal audit, business process re-engineering, and due diligence, for both buy-side and sell-side financial services companies and advisory firms. Prior to his role as a Partner at DLA, Kyle served as a Manager in EY’s Capital Markets Advisory Performance Improvement practice. He led teams on large scale projects for global top-tier banks on topics such as recovery and resolution planning, data protection, broker dealer separation and business process re-engineering. Kyle also assisted in driving business development initiatives related to client onboarding and collateral management. Kyle also worked at J.P Morgan in client-facing roles related to high yield client onboarding and derivative valuations. He was responsible for onboarding new institutional clients to trade bonds, CDS, vendor protection, trade claims, repo and loan products. He created and maintained Credit and Rates Derivatives valuation portfolios for North American clients, which consisted of COB and intraday prices, cash flow estimates, scenario analysis, forward curves and accrual breakouts. Lastly, Kyle spent several years at DLA in business advisory, internal audit and transactional support roles. In this position, he reviewed and analyzed valuation techniques for derivatives, business, and real estate investments. He also performed business process re-design, financial and operational due diligence, and performed risk assessments and reviewed internal controls for multiple private equity firms and REITs.
