I have over 20 years of management experience in the high tech industry. I am currently an independent director and member of the compensation committee of Semtech (SMTC) (Semiconductor) and an independent director and member of both audit and nom and gov committee of Knowles (KN). I am also a strategic advisor for Diversis Capital (Private Equity) and on Diversis portfolio company board of ServicePower (SaaS). In addition, I am on advisory board of Skytap (SaaS).
