I am the Managing Director of MarKey, an independent advisory firm that specializes in using innovative technology to create value for our clients. With over two decades of experience in strategy, digital and business transformation, product management, growth and marketing, I have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and driving business performance and customer engagement across various sectors, including aviation, loyalty, rewards, payments, and consumer tech.
In addition to my role at MarKey, I am also an active angel investor, co-founder, and board member of multiple early-stage companies in the digital health, loyalty commerce, and Web3 domains. I am passionate about reimagining the endless possibilities of emerging technology and Web3 ecosystem, and empowering entrepreneurs and innovators to bring their visions to life. I am also a member of several professional societies and a recognized speaker on various topics around loyalty, marketing, digital and business transformation. I have received multiple awards and honors, such as being named one of the Top 30 Loyalty Professionals in the world by Loyalty Magazine in 2018 and being inducted to the Hall of Fame by the DMAi.
