Previously I was the 1st recruiter / Head of Talent at msg.ai where I helped rebuild the foundational leadership teams. Prior to going in-house, I helped people find a career they love at early-stage startups in the Bay Area with Vanetta Partners. Focusing primarily on sales, marketing, product, operations, customer success and sales engineering leadership roles, I partnered with early-stage founders to help build their initial teams. Placed roles from entry to C-level Executives and everything in-between.
