I am a social justice proponent with 15 years of expertise in training and facilitation, curriculum development, coaching, business development and fundraising, project management, program management, communications, and forging cross-cultural teams and partnerships in the nonprofit, entrepreneurship incubation, and government sectors. I am known for my positivity, persistence, accuracy, drive to improve processes, sense of initiative, creativity, and ability to keep calm under pressure. As a strong believer in the contact hypothesis, I am especially passionate about initiatives and organizations that provide the space for diverse individuals and groups to interact, dialogue, learn from, and collaborate with one another - resulting in the ultimate realization of our shared humanity and reduction of prejudice. Equally important is the leveling of the playing field for marginalized and underrepresented communities - whether that's leadership development programs for these populations or organizational interventions that facilitate inclusive mindsets and practices among the powers that be. My sectoral experience and interests range from global health, education, peace and conflict resolution, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) and environmental sustainability to empowerment of women, youth, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ folks.
