I spent 20 years in Corporate & Investment Banks, in Paris and New York. After a very diversified C-level experience in business development, regulatory, IT and finance, I decided to create Fragmos Chain in 2019 to help financial institutions move to the new generation of post-trade management in Capital Markets.
Fragmos Chain's Blockchain solution brings security, fluidity and efficiency to the post-trade management of financial instruments. On markets where current infrastructure fails to deliver efficiency – such as for Derivatives, Repo, Securities lending or Structured products – we unlock the full value of new technologies for financial institutions.
I rely on my large experience to build Fragmos Chain's solution:
• Creation of IT and operational platforms (Order Management system, KYC & Client Onboarding, Web)
• Implementation of regulations in the financial sector, such as Mifid 2, Emir, Dodd-Frank, Fatca
• Major experience in crisis management (2008 in New York City as Dexia's General Manager in North America)

• Graduated in 1988 from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and in 1991 from Mines ParisTech

Passionate about systemic approaches to the socio-ecological transition, I explore and co-develop solutions at the intersection of research, entrepreneurship, and financing.
I founded Circl.earth to explore how venture building and investment can be positive for socio-ecological regeneration and adaptation. Circl.earth is dedicated to research-action and capacity building (BPI, HEC, Club of Rome, etc.), leveraging four years of international experience in systemic and regenerative approaches.
Previously, I spent a decade in the environment and cleantech sectors. I co-led the nature and climate strategic vision for SUEZ’s new CEO, co-founded the climate deeptech startup origins.earth (science-based carbon tracking for cities), and invested in water and waste startups as a corporate VC.
Beyond my work in regeneration & impact finance, I explore the power of narration & storytelling as tools for societal and environmental transformation, which led me to collaborate for a year with Viarte, and Green Deauville Festival.
