👋 Hi there! I'm Julie, co-founder of Bridge for Billions – a social enterprise dedicated to enabling entrepreneurs of all kinds to thrive. Back in 2015, I joined a few people who had realized that entrepreneurship was too elitist – and that it was a BIG problem. Founders with privileged backgrounds are overrepresented in the ecosystem, and their access to resources and networks give them a significant advantage over others. That allows them to dictate which problems get attention and what solutions are created. With a few other dreamers, we set out to change that by creating Bridge for Billions. Our mission is to make innovation and entrepreneurship more accessible and inclusive so the solutions that emerge are the ones the world truly needs. Fast forward to today: we've supported over 6,000 entrepreneurs from 147 countries, and we’re just getting started. Our goal? To reach 100,000 entrepreneurs by 2033, create 1 million jobs, and positively impact 1 billion lives. 🌍 We’re proud to partner with organizations like UNIDO, UNEP, the Inter-American Development Bank, IKEA, and Ashoka to foster a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
