I believe the key to success is communication—translating an organization’s vision through strategy that evokes emotions and, subsequently, drives revenue and operational efficiencies. I identify the ideas, tactics, tools, talent, resources, and processes for bringing these strategies to life.
My work requires managing numerous projects concurrently. I build relationships and collaborative environments—and use my creativity, empathy, instincts, and humor—to keep my colleagues inspired and organized, and exceed performance expectations.
I have managed teams of professionals from multiple disciplines, backgrounds, and seniority levels. As a hands-on manager, I combine the creative, operational, and logistical sides of the business so that we are efficient, stay on task, and enjoy our work.
I have designed custom programs for organizations including top-tier media companies. Beyond the experiences here, I was marketing director for Rolling Stone, special projects director for In Style, merchandising director for House & Garden, and promotion manager for The New Yorker. I was among the youngest creative services leaders at Condé Nast!
