Aishwary is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in finance and technology, specializing in FinTech and blockchain. He is currently the Ecosystem BD Head for India at Polygon Labs, a leading Web3 platform that connects Ethereum-compatible blockchain networks. He has successfully onboarded and managed relationships with over 100 clients, resulting in win-win outcomes for all parties involved. Aishwary is passionate about learning and sharing his knowledge of Web3 technology. He has published a fintech book, "The Last Mile Playbook for FinTech on Polygon," and launched it at the prestigious Singapore FinTech Festival. He also co-created a popular DeFi newsletter with DeFi Pulse, reaching over 20,000 readers. He regularly speaks at events and forums, such as EMURGO, Graphy, and colleges, to educate and inspire people about the potential of Web3. Aishwary's mission is to drive Web3 growth and innovation in India and beyond, leveraging his expertise in finance, technology, and business development. He believes that Web3 can create a more open, inclusive, and transparent financial system for everyone.
