I have been working in the Web3 and Blockchain Industry since 2019, full-time as an adviser and co-founder of various projects. My responsibilities include business development, community building, developing ambassador programs, investment, advisory services, and support. I work with individuals, organizations, government agencies, and institutions to promote the Web3 concept and foster a community of web3 developers and supporters around the world.
EXPERIENCE and PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- In 2003, I began my entrepreneurial journey. During this time, I have completed over 50 successful commercial projects in the fields of IT, sales, and services. I have also helped to establish over 30 businesses as a consultant or founder.
Below are some of the most significant projects in my career:
- Web Design Studio: Founder and CEO of "GSG: The Web Projects That Sell!" This was my main business from 2003 to 2013. At its peak, the web studio had 12 branches in Russia with more than 50 employees and had completed over 300 successful projects. We created websites, web services and applications that helped our clients to succeed. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience and developed a range of skills that have made me a successful entrepreneur. My expertise in the field of web design and development has allowed me to create innovative solutions that have helped businesses to grow and succeed.
- Freefreight.com (2014-2015), Co-Founder and CEO: In cooperation with experts in the shipping industry, I developed an web application that simplified the process of finding and booking ships around the world. The project attracted over 5,000 targeted users, but, unfortunately, it was ahead of its time, and we had to close it. The project used lean-startup and agile management techniques. - Industrial Equipment Trading (2015-2019): I specialized in bankruptcies, buying and selling assets at auctions. Mainly, industrial equipment, goods, real estate and transport.
