I am a Taiwanese lawyer proficient in Chinese, English, and Japanese, with a unique blend of legal expertise and front-line business experience.
What sets me apart was the experience of working as a business development manager to help companies to broaden into Japan. I approach company issues from the perspective of business development, sales, marketing and product development, not just as a legal personnel focusing on legal risks and ignore the business opportunities.

I've served as a lawyer and legal consultant in a prominent law firm and accounting firm, where I provided clients with legal insights into business models risk assessment and the implementation of compliance systems, and be able to draft and review legal contracts in Chinese, English and Japanese. Specializing in Blockchain industry legal issues and startup financing and investment agreements and ESOP structure design.
2. Business Development and Company Legal Counsel:
I actively engage in a company's day-to-day operations to assist companies to develop a new market. This unique vantage point allows me to assess opportunities and risks from both the front-end and back-end perspectives of a company, and based on the analysis to set up the strategy to build the key business relationship with the prospect. As a result, I can offer practical and tailored business and legal advice that aligns with the company's specific needs. When I was in CYBAVO I also assisted the M&A process with Circle and ensure the smooth progress of the transaction while ensuring the interests of the company.

I served as a legal advisor to many tech startups for 5 years. When analyzing the legal issues, I will learn the essential operating logic of technology through implementation, and based on this understanding, providing technology companies with the most appropriate legal insights.
