Recipe Editor: Edit ingredient list and recipe's instructional steps for concise information and accurate conversions. Translated Chef's technical terms to meet the vocabulary of the standard mass-market understanding. Digital Recipe Editor: Streamline guided web recipes to provide easy instructions to the readers. Ensure that the recipes meet in-house style standards. Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, ingredient conversions and technical cooking terms. Working closely with the chefs and/or product team to perfect the recipes. Proofread the final draft. Recipe Tester: Prepared recipes in a controlled environment (in my own test kitchen), taking very precise measurements and timing. Record detailed notes throughout the process to provide feedback for improved tastes and methods.
