Skilled curriculum designer with experience in a wide range of educational technologies. Experience in environmental science, wilderness guiding, health and wellness education, and classroom education with a diversity of ages and demographics. Skilled in written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, outreach, and relationship building. Skilled at creating systems to make things organized and easy to use, and at engaging the wider community in projects to enhance learning and build connections. ⛰ As a self-described wayfinder, insatiable adventurer, and map nerd raised on mountain air and skinned knees, I’ve always loved journeys more than destinations. 🧭 I’ve spent my career charting new paths alongside others from petitioning Dartmouth to create its first Human-Centered Design major, to leading students through Wyoming’s backcountry as a NOLS instructor, to co-designing futures with amazing peers during my Master’s in Learning, Design, and Technology at Stanford. 📍I love designing a way forward at the intersection of climate and technology with a blend of systems thinking, storytelling, and play to help communities navigate a rapidly changing world with more clarity and care. 👋 Say hi if you're passionate about education, design, the outdoors, or just want to nerd out about maps with me. 🌿
