As the Director of Project and Program Management at MNTN, I lead a high-performing team of project and program managers, driving enterprise-wide initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, product, and engineering. I’m responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 100+ strategic projects, aligning business execution with company objectives, and scaling operational excellence in a dynamic, high-growth tech environment.
I established and scaled MNTN’s first formal PMO, introducing standardized project lifecycle frameworks, centralized intake and prioritization processes, and governance models that have improved delivery consistency, reduced overcommitment by 30%, and increased on-time delivery of high-priority initiatives by 35%.
In addition to PMO leadership, I serve as Chief of Staff to the COO and executive team, providing strategic support on key initiatives, decision-making frameworks, and cross-functional planning. I’ve led the design and rollout of MNTN’s annual and quarterly planning processes, connecting OKRs to execution and improving initiative visibility across the organization.
I’m passionate about building cultures of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. With a background in business operations, transformation, and stakeholder alignment, I bring a balance of strategic thinking and operational rigor to every challenge.
