PR professional with more than 25+ years of experience in the PR + media fields. This includes working with the world's largest healthcare, Tech, food & beverage companies, retail and CPG brands as well as Fortune 500 corporate and financial clients including the top banks and major financial institutions.
Chris also has quite a bit of experience working in the health care space, representing major hospital groups and pharmaceutical companies.
Additionally, he has worked with clients in travel/hospitality including major hotel chains and airlines. Chris also has years of experience representing clients in the automotive space, repping some of world's largest auto manufacturers to the companies behind the latest tech in today's cars.
Some of the accomplishments he is the most proud of include: Leading media relations efforts on: IBM's 100th anniversary, Frito-Lay's Crash The Super Bowl campaign and generating over one billion impressions for the Waterford Times Square Ball campaign.

Prior to working in PR, Chris worked as a reporter in the newspaper, radio and TV news fields. He firmly believes that his news background allows him to see stories that other PR people might not see.
Media lead on campaigns that were recognized at top industry events such as the SABRE Awards, the PRSA Silver Anvil Awards, PR Week Awards, etc.
Led numerous PRSA media panels on national broadcast and business media. Spoke at Ragan's PR Daily Events about the latest media trends and pitching. He was also a key speaker on media relations at schools such as Manhattan College and NYU. Additionally, Chris has taught sessions on emerging media, the impact of COVID-19 on the media landscape as well as the impact of the 2020 election cycle on earned media relations.
He also volunteers annually to help out on the FDNY Communications Committee to help raise money for their largest fundraising event of the year. Additionally, Chris served as the PR chairman for a small organization in New York City for over 5 years; helping to promote the organization both locally and nationally.
He was nominated for a PR People Award his first year working in public relations and has been recognized several times over the years for mentoring junior staff in media relations. 
I'm a communications partner for a16z crypto, which has raised more than $7.6 billion to invest in crypto/web3 startups, and provide marketing/comms guidance to our portfolio companies.
Before that, I led corporate comms and LatAm comms at Stripe, overseeing programs in operations, policy, crisis, investments, acquisitions, and more. In other prior roles, I led comms for Facebook's ad and commerce products, led corporate comms globally for Mozilla, and helped Chad Hurley and Steve Chen relaunch Delicious as head of comms for AVOS.
Before going in-house, I spent nine years at two tech-focused PR firms in NY and SF, working with dozens of startups and industry leaders including Panasonic, Ubisoft, and Priceline.
