I’m an entrepreneur with a reputation for devising solutions at the intersection of the online and offline spheres. An accomplished business development professional, I started my career in finance at Prudential Securities. I leveraged positions at seven different early stage startups of varying success and funding levels, including two I co-founded. This was my “real world” business school. The challenges each one sought to solve spanned across Fin tech (Omiris Networks, acquired by Tradeware Global), Media tech (NewSight; Outcast, acquired by Gilbarco Veeder Root), and Ad tech (SeeSaw Networks; GrinShot/CampaignSpring). These experiences, and my subsequent years leading Confiant, have given me a wide angle view of several industries and strategies on how to meet and overcome modern business challenges. Thanks to meeting Jerome Dangu, I got to learn about cyber security and became aware of the rogue activity compromising the digital ad space that involved misinformation, malware, browser fingerprinting, phishing, and criminal scams, all of which place the digital ad industry and the public in peril. Jerome and I co-founded Confiant to make digital media safe for all. We're known for our leading-edge research and technical innovation. Confiant, our company, disrupts and contains the bad actors that infringe upon the security and privacy of users who access media sites. Our clients are the world’s leading media companies, including Microsoft, Paramount, Axel Springer and over one hundred more, all of whom trust me and our team to operate ahead of an ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats and regulations. My passion is delivering proactive systems that solve real problems. Today, that means protecting the revenue streams and reputations of the entire digital ad ecosystem, from unscrupulous actors. General Partner of Acronym Venture Capital, a NY/Palm Beach multi stage venture capital firm investing in early execution across Late Seed and Early A rounds.
