• Hands-on working experience with different kinds of CRM/ATS - Job Diva, CEIPAL, CATs, and VMS, MSPs- Beeline-Cognizant, GRS & GBAMS -TCS, ITAP-HCL, SAP Success Factor-LTIMindtree and Job Boards like PROHIRES, Dice, Career Builder, Monster Etc.
• Expertise in Negotiating, Reviewing, and Executing Master Agreements & SOW with clients and vendors.

• Good knowledge of USA compensation and benefits, USA time zones (EST, CST, MST, and PST), USA Visa types (GC, USC, EAD, and H1B), and Tax terms (W2, C2C and 1099).
• Recruiting for different positions in Core IT/Technical requisitions such as Information Security Engineers Network Analysts & Engineers, Java Full Stack and Back-End Developers, Front-End Web Developers, UX/UI Designers/Developers, Tech Support Engineers, System Admins, Solution Architectures, Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, Business System Analysts and many more.
