I am a passionate, driven and enthusiastic strategy manager based in Sydney with a love for all things innovation, startup and scale up. Formerly a commercial lawyer, I took a year out to pursue a lifelong dream of attending culinary school, coming first in my Cert IV (Commercial Cookery) in 2019. I founded my own ready to heat meal company, which I ran until starting with Marley Spoon in 2020, where I have found my stride. At Marley Spoon I drive strategic initiatives across the AU business, working closely with the CEO, exec team and global digital team to ensure we focus on what matters and achieve our most important goals. I am passionate about business management and was awarded a Credential of Readiness (business analytics, financial accounting and economics for managers) from the Harvard Business School Online in 2020. I am enthusiastic, with a keen drive for learning and a love of working in high energy environments. I am always looking for opportunities to learn how to better support informed business decision making and organise chaotic, complex information and environments. I have a naturally strategic approach to everything I do, supported by my legal training and naturally analytical mind.
