As the Recruitment Lead at Endava, I partner with business leaders and the team to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition solutions in the technology sector. I am responsible for managing the overall recruitment process, driving engagement and branding initiatives, as well as provide coaching to the team.
I have gained recruitment experience in various industries such as technology, hospitality, and recruitment services, across multiple APAC regions. I have successfully filled multiple roles from junior to management level, and across different functions. I have also developed and implemented recruitment strategies, policies, and best practices that aligned with business and branding objectives.
My passions lies on placing the right talent at the right place, and continuously provide the right platform for our talents' further growth.
