Manvinder is VP of AI & Search Products at Redis where he is responsible for the portfolio of AI offerings including vector search, semantic caching and agent memory. Previous, he spent 10+ years in various AI and Cloud Infrastructure roles at Google. As a Director of Product Management for AI Ecosystem at Google he was responsible for orchestrating and driving product efforts to engage with and build with the ecosystem across our AI portfolio including the Gemma family of models. With a unique blend of skills and perspectives that span across Product Management, GTM, operations, and BD, he can bridge business and technical challenges and opportunities, and design and execute strategies. He is also a former McKinsey Associate Partner, with an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi.

I’m driven by big questions and overly ambitious ideas. With a background in philosophy and a knack for questioning the status quo, I’ve built businesses and systems that solve complex problems while making the world a little better along the way (cheers to the Scouts in the audience). As an AI native developer with a constant entrepreneurial itch to scratch, I’m cooking up some tooling and projects under a brand affectionately dubbed “TinySaaS Studio”. The ones I’m in the drivers seat for are the ones powering my work in Left Hook and Frigg. The rest are working with friends on their dream projects. Turns out, most apps need integrations these days 😉. But life isn’t all about APIs and automation. I’ve been told I have a face for radio (😅) and a voice for it too, with impressions that my kids currently love and should get eye rolls in a few years 😂. My love for music shines through in, well, every waking moment. Goofiness and curiosity are a big part of who I am, and I bring that energy to everything I do. And on this ethics thing… I’m a chronic overthinker, but I don’t think such a thing exists when it comes to the intersection of morality, ethics, technology, running business, and raising kids. So I’m always game to go deep, and you’ll see me occasionally doing some reflective deep dive. I’m not quite a ranter, though I’ll write/speak with deep passion when so moved.
