I have a passion for recruiting and it's something that I simply love to do. Whether that's coming into a company that may not have a standardized recruiting process and creating everything from scratch or an already established department to lead and grow. My background of being able to think of the entire recruiting process at a high level all the way down to the nitty gritty is something I've done almost my entire career and looking forward to continue. I'm very detailed orientated, huge proponent of (relevant) data, and the marketing (communication) that's involved in creating something that makes candidates WANT to work there. I'm a leader that people love to work for/with (see my Recommendations below, 20+ and counting!) that doesn't just lead by giving answers, but I also love to teach and mentor by giving the reasoning behind it so that others can learn and grow as well. I really do love to train others on my teams as well as to inspire and challenge them to become better recruiters. Being their rock that they can depend on and feel comfortable in being able to ask me any type of question means a lot to me. I'm a huge people person and love to talk to people from all walks of life, which I guess is why I love recruiting and connecting talented people to the jobs that they love and are successful at. My natural nerdiness has helped me be able to work on the technical roles as well as my innate curiosity (honestly one of the best qualities a recruiter can have, in my opinion) and desire to keep learning has taught me that I'm able to successfully recruit or leading a team to recruit for any role that a company may have.
