How do we co-create lively, resilient, and just communities?
After a brief career in the music industry as a young Angeleno, I realized my true calling was in community building and socio-ecological systems transformation. I have a decade of experience in trendspotting, community engagement, and strategic visioning and implementation.
My work currently centers on the intersection between personal and collective wellbeing in times of meta-crisis, focusing on understanding how we build momentum for community-led climate action through emotional support, resilience building, systemic intervention, and regenerative design thinking.
In Berlin and online, I hold spaces and design and facilitate workshops where people can come together to alchemize difficult emotions and integrate new ways of knowing, being, and doing in the world. I’ve worked with young activists from around the world, and am currently aiming to bring my work into aligned organizations.
My workshops include Active Hope Practice, Energy Leaks, Decolonial Thinking Role Play, Climate Cafe and Climate Circles.
RIYL: socio-ecological transformation, youth engagement, climate psychology, Work that Reconnects, embodied and regenerative leadership, contemplative practices, wisdom, intergenerational justice, sustainable food systems, bioenergy and bioeconomy, community-led housing, urban ecology, Donut Economics, governance for sustainable and just development.
