Education is a remarkable profession full of remarkable people but the statistics are clear: unless we change the status quo teacher burnout and attrition is certain. As the Founder of Vital Network, my mission has always been clear: create positive and sustainable change at scale in order to retain teachers and leaders. At Vital, we're working with superintendents, principals, and teacher leaders to provide data, insights, and ongoing support to prioritize organizational improvements that help schools become great places to teach, lead, and learn. We equip schools with the following: - RESEARCH-BASED STRATEGIES that reduce burnout and increase retention - ACTIONABLE DATA to help leaders make informed decisions, earn trust, and reduce uncertainty - PROVEN PRACTICES to help improve organizational practices and workplace culture over time - A COMMUNITY to connect teachers and leaders with others dedicated to the future of the profession. The best days for education are ahead if we can solve the right problems with the right solutions. Vital Network is unapologetically focused on the adults who work in schools and we're eager to partner with schools that are ready to move forward towards their better tomorrow.
