My journey began humbly at The Breakers Palm Beach laundry room, where I built a foundation in luxury hospitality, learning firsthand how to deliver unparalleled service and attention to detail. That experience ignited a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, which I’ve carried through my work in outdoor hospitality, startups, and beyond. Today, I’m on a mission to enhance collaboration by bringing together unique individuals to work toward mutually beneficial goals. My work bridges luxury service with emerging technologies, reimagining hospitality and events to focus on immersive, purpose-driven experiences. Whether launching glamping sites, producing large-scale festivals, or supporting innovative startups, I thrive on designing experiences that connect people to one another and to the world around them. I’m driven by a deep sense of purpose: to create spaces where dreamers, doers, and visionaries can come together to build something greater. A music scientist and “fan experience expert” (SXSW), I offer unique advanced insights from my studies as a futurist in tech, economics, and the live event space as well as my work in creative fan engagements with the largest artist, tour, and festival productions in music from Coachella, to the Grammy’s, to the Emmy Award-winning Super Bowl Halftime Show. A NAMM President’s Innovation Award winner and panelist, and member of the MIT Technology Review Global Insights Panel, I’ve contributed to USA Today, AV Magazine, and Hypebot. An international speaker at universities and conferences on live event and digital ecosystems, tech, and innovation. I’ve met regularly with members of the US Congress regarding intellectual property policy, was awarded recognition by the City of Philadelphia for my work on the Creative Economy, and have most recently been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Design Thinking Executive Program at the University of California, Riverside. During a nationally successful collegiate career, I developed creative solutions, projects, and proposals for brands and organizations such as Capitol Records, Fender, Bose, MusiCares, and The Recording Academy. I am open to conversations and partnerships that advance the music industry through innovation and collaborative networks across market verticals!
