As a design leader, I am a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, CS, & Sales. I regularly strategize with stakeholders on what users need or gaps in the market and then rapidly lead engineering+design teams on high impact projects. I love bringing an innovative vision to life one iteration at a time, especially if the problem space is ambiguous and complex!
I bring together product & sales data with user research to derisk what features to build next and to confirm that they are delivering on their promised value.
In my 17 years of design I have led all aspects of the design process and managed teams through it - from sketches and wire-frames, interactive prototypes, conducting and synthesizing user research, leading workshops, persona creation, and pixel perfect designs on all devices.

My interests have always spanned the intersection of finance, tech, AI and crypto.
I started my career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley + UBS, before moving to the early-stage startup world. I started as an early hire at Hitch, a pioneer of pooled ride-sharing that was acquired by Lyft in 2014. In 2015, before AI was cool, I started Lea, an AI company that pioneered NLP-powered conversational commerce before it was acquired by Super.com. I later ran product for Charlie, an AI x fintech startup that was acquired by Chime. As someone who had passively invested in crypto since 2013, I then joined Kraken in 2021 to help scale during a period of hyper-growth.
All of these experiences led me to Diagram Ventures, where I focus on taking AI / fintech / crypto startups from 0-1 and then recruiting world-class founders to scale these ventures, while continuing to provide capital and operational support on their journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, surfing, hiking, seeing live music, watching sports, and traveling.
