As an entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in startup consulting, I've built my career on a foundation of relentless dedication to growth and always asking why? My journey began in the world of professional football, where I had the privilege of playing against some of the best, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney. From this experience, I learned what it takes to be world-class and the significance of striving for 1% improvement every day—principles that have profoundly shaped my approach to business. I specialise in accelerating B2B tech startups toward their full potential. My expertise lies in developing and executing data-driven sales strategies, creating scalable tech infrastructures, and building strong, community-driven environments where startups can organically grow. As the founder of Prospect-Labs, I scaled to €27,000 in monthly revenue within the first 13 months. My work extends beyond my own ventures, as I've served as a growth advisor to multiple startups, helping them secure over €40 million in funding over the past three years as well as an interest in Angel Investing. I've had the opportunity to train teams at the top three LinkedIn software companies on scaling and support and I'm sometimes known as "The Wikipedia of software," a title that reflects my encyclopedic knowledge of optimal tech stacks and my ability to integrate technology into business processes to drive results. Today, my focus is directed to "The Relationship of Sales," where I write a weekly newsletter sharing tested strategies for startup growth. My passion is to accelerate growth of new companies & startup ecosystems which I have done well over 10 years. Among other verticals operating in defence sector where we run hacks and acceleration programs across EU, incl. for EUDIS and helping companies with funding measures like EDF. I'm a Co-Founder of ChallengerAccelerator.com - leading non-equity accelerator in CEE - and its female founders and AI verticals, a Team Lead of Estonia's biggest non-equity accelerator Ajujaht.ee having a unicorn in it's portfolio (Bolt.eu). Exited with founding partners from CPD Ltd - company was sold and merged to Civitta. Loving the work on innovation field and always looking for new interesting challenges, is it startups or startup ecosystems, established companies or anything else where I can be helpful.
