Hi I’m Scott,I’m a creative and versatile product management leader with a strong track record building and scaling global teams, defining vision and strategy, and executing ambitious initiatives that drive impact.I started as a UX researcher because I was obsessed with understanding why people struggle with products—and how to fix it. That curiosity led me into product management, where I've spent the last 20+ years solving complex problems at scale in zero-to-one, mid-size, and enterprise B2B & B2C SaaS with 60-25,000 employees and up to $100M in ARR.Diversity of domain has been a consistent theme over my career and I’m quick to learn new industries and businesses and effectively determine the what and why behind products and customer needs. I’ve shaped product strategy, connecting all aspects of a product under a single, cohesive vision and execution plan, and helped companies scale by aligning customer needs with business goals. I've built and led product teams from the ground up and helped existing teams execute better.
