A high-honors undergraduate with a specialization in political psychology-turned experience design, I am systems thinker passionate about scalable problem solving. Committed to making the world easier to live in, I've honed in on a strong sense of empathy throughout my life—from stage acting and community management to UX, planning, and spatial design—to work towards this goal one project at a time.
I completed my Masters to more capably address societal and ecological challenges through public realm projects focused on social infrastructure, climate adaptation, and knowledge sharing. I am eager to work across disciplines to deprogram people by expanding access to restorative, lively, ecologically vibrant places.

Core to my track record of achieving ambitious outcomes is my relationship skills. My 20+ year career has been defined by driving new products, programs and partnerships through strong relationships. These relationships have been within core teams, across cross-functional teams, across agency teams and amongst and between Fortune 100 corporations, start-ups, foundations and nonprofits. I excel at building and leading high-performing teams around a unified vision and executing against it.
I spent 13 years in the small business group at American Express working across all facets of the customer lifecycle. I built out new sales and distribution channels, transformed digital assets into revenue-generating platforms and forged large-scale partnerships with global corporations including FedEx, Marriott and Hertz and NY-based start-ups.
Following American Express, I led the external partnerships teams at two NY-based, fast-growing start-ups: a smart cities technology company that uses digital technology to transform the physical world (Intersection; the company behind LinkNYC) and a tech-enabled social impact company (Catchafire).
I am currently the Chief Transformation Officer for CompoSecure, a leader in metal payment cards, security and authentication solutions. My team, which includes Human Resources and Corporate Communications, is focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving business growth outcomes and cultivating a high performance and high engagement company culture.
