From leading a dynamic team of 20 members and tutoring Science and English to managing over 100 B2B clients, my journey has been a thrilling roller coaster, full of challenges and growth opportunities. While others might say my path hasn't been easy, for me, it's been an exhilarating ride that I look forward to continuing. I firmly believe that mental health is an integral part of our lives and should be prioritized by everyone.
With nearly four years in the industry, if you were to ask me, "Are you happy?" my response would be, "No, I am ecstatic and deeply grateful for the person I've become today." At YourDOST, I've embraced daily challenges with various use cases and scenarios, each one an eye-opening experience affirming that passion and direction can lead you to achieve anything. Leading significant projects, streamlining engagement management, and enhancing employee experience and feedback have been highlights of my learning journey.
