Hello 👋 I’m a Product Manager with a background in research and team coaching. Since 2016, I have worked in a variety of companies in different industries, stages of growth, and product maturity. I currently work as a Staff PM at Intercom, where I focus on building our AI Agent 🤖
I thrive on untangling gnarly problems, really obsessing over the user, and joining the dots to figure out ways to deliver impact, over and over again!
I am passionate about the craft of product management and career development, so I also dedicate my time to mentoring ✨
Outside of work, I love art, museums, and music. 
I'm based in Avalere Health's Brighton office, and provide Business Unit level functional leadership across a team of ~40 Medical Writers spanning multiple geographies within the Medical Communications division of Avalere Health. My role is multi-faceted and ever evolving - it includes providing direct and indirect line management support, talent management, strategic guidance to account teams (stepping into delivery and oversight where needed), and business development/commercial support to our cross functional leadership teams.
I have experience of leading and delivering a wide-range of tactical and strategic projects for products in early clinical development through post-launch settings. Within medical communications, my work has focused on partnering with external experts and Medical Affairs functions across infectious disease (particularly virology/antivirals), vaccines, and hepatology.
