After more than a decade in non-profit community mental health care and working in public sector leadership roles of increasing responsibility, I have acquired a wealth of experience and skills in conflict resolution, team development, and advocacy across multiple domains. My organizational skills and attention to detail bring value to the teams I lead and to the clients and colleagues I serve. My ultimate goal is to improve the standards for all those in my care and support organizations with their ongoing transformational goals. I thrive in an atmosphere which values uniqueness and a multi disciplinary approach to problem solving. By harnessing the strengths of the diverse teams I support, I am able to effectively accomplish the mission and help people get on board with changes while ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and acknowledged. I live my life by the values of Kaizen (continuous improvement) & keeping a growth mindset. I’m always striving for personal and professional growth and believe that everyone is inherently capable of success and being better. I don’t give up until a task is complete and bring that same motivation to my interactions day in and day out.

My circle of colleagues and friends often recognizes me as the “sparkplug and energizer” in the room, helping to instigate and drive change in our community and organizations. I have been a speaker, instructor, and facilitator for several initiatives that I am passionate about. I love thinking through new business models and building new businesses, as I have experience in corporate innovation and consulting. At the heart of what I do is creating collaborative, creative, and connected environments that challenge individuals and organizations to excel. I am most passionate about building community engagement by guiding and executing the vision of organizations I believe in. I care about more than the bottom line.... I care about the social impact that our organizations can contribute to and building organizations that can truly scale positively. I am exploring opportunities to serve on private and not-for-profit boards. I value the intersection of strategy and governance regarding the board's critical role, which can often be challenging.
