As Northern California Co- Managing Partner at global law firm DLA Piper, I represent leading multinational companies on legal and strategic issues related to international business including more than US$30 billion in cross-border transactions. I serve on the California Workforce Development Board, as past chair of the Northern California District Export Council and on the boards of the National Democratic Institute and Halifax International Security Forum, as appointed advisor to both the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and US Trade Representative and as a board member with key CEO leadership groups.
