Constanze Buchheim

Constanze Buchheim is a pioneering entrepreneur in Germany's digital economy and a recognized thought leader in future leadership. In 2009, she founded i-potentials, the leading executive search boutique in the DACH region for organizations undergoing significant transformation phases, and has since filled top positions in the German-speaking business and innovation landscape with forward-thinking leaders. As a supervisory board member and angel investor, Constanze Buchheim is also dedicated to imparting the fundamentals of sustainable leadership to organizations. Her career began in 2006 at the e-commerce company Spreadshirt, where she quickly realized the lack of recruitment consultancies for rapidly growing digital organizations, leading to the creation of i-potentials. In 2009, she also founded the investment company "C.H.E. Ventures," through which she invested in companies such as Delivery Hero. In 2014, Constanze Buchheim co-authored the book "HR Basics for Startups" with Martina van Hettinga to provide essential knowledge on organizational and cultural architecture to early-stage companies. Constanze is also a supervisory board member of the "HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management" and has been a member of the Monopolies Commission since October 2022. In this role, she advises the federal government and legislative bodies on competition-related matters, contributing her expertise in digital business models, the needs of early-stage companies, and responsible leadership to the commission's work. Handelsblatt named her one of the 50 most influential women in the tech industry in 2021 and one of the 50 best entrepreneurs in Germany in 2022.
