Nice to see you! My name is Shelby and I thrive at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and storytelling. With a background spanning sustainability, marketing, and accounting, I bring a uniquely cross-functional perspective to every project I take on. Whether I'm scaling internal processes or crafting narratives that connect with communities, I love bringing big ideas to life in a grounded, purposeful way. I’ve spent the past 10+ years working across dynamic industries, from long established organizations to scrappy start ups, and I’m most energized when I’m collaborating across teams to solve complex problems. I believe that clear communication, curiosity, and a good sense of humor go a long way in building better solutions and stronger teams. I'm also completing my Master's in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. My research is positioned at the nexus of sport and sustainability; specifically, how governance can enable climate mitigation and adaption for international sports. In my free time, I’m likely doing something active, (whether it be trail running/hiking with my dog or doing CrossFit) or reading a book on the couch (and yes, also with my dog).
