Ich bin Georges Kern, CEO von BREITLING, einem weltweit führenden Hersteller von Schweizer Luxusuhren. Seit über sechs Jahren leite ich die strategische Neuausrichtung und Transformation von BREITLING, mit einem Fokus auf Marketing- und Digitalstrategie, Innovation, Nachhaltigkeit und Diversität. Ich verfüge über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Uhrenbranche, sowohl bei Richemont als auch bei IWC Schaffhausen, wo ich als Executive Board Member und CEO tätig war. Ich bin ein Experte für Marketing und Luxusuhren, mit einem breiten Netzwerk von Partnern, Influencern und Medien. Meine Kernkompetenzen sind Leadership, Vision, Kreativität und Kommunikation. Ich bin leidenschaftlich daran interessiert, die Geschichte und Werte von BREITLING zu erzählen, eine starke und einzigartige Marke zu schaffen und ein engagiertes und vielfältiges Team zu führen. As a sales, marketing and training executive with extensive international experience with major brands (Cartier, Breitling, Patek Philippe, IWC), I bring the following skills to the table: - Retail strategy: I developed the entire Breitling network, from 10 to 60 boutiques worldwide. As a result, sales rose in 6 years from CHF 24.5 million to CHF 102 million. I also set up a CRM and clienteling solution that helped generate 20% of sales, or CHF 20.4 million. - Training expertise: I have run over 120 face-to-face training seminars for a total of 1,000 sales consultants and managers.
