Todd Finch is an investor, coach, and entrepreneur who's been growing innovative tech companies for over three decades with a career that's tracked the evolution of the web. Over the years, Finch has had the privilege of living and working at the leading edge of innovation and change. He started as a tech sales guy, co-founded his first startup at 27, and three years later got the nod to start and lead Netscape Canada, the ground-breaking web browser that helped shape the early internet, Web 1.0. From there, he co-founded numerous startups and raised over $100 million in capital during his career as a startup CEO. Having spent most of his life growing leading-edge tech businesses, Finch has witnessed a mind-blowing accelerated rate of change—change that requires a new mindset for everyone in venture. So, in 2020, he launched The Xchange Company Inc., a venture corporation committed to funding and supporting exceptional founders who believe they can make a real impact. The Xchange has a capital lab and is supporting multiple funds including an inaugural evergreen fund, The Xchange Fund 1 L.P. The Lab is committed to innovating new ways to bring capital to the venture and private equity market.
