Hi there! I’m a people-focused HR professional with a background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy. Currently, I serve as the Human Resources Manager at Magzeal America, a product development startup for consumer products (CPG) in Orange County with multiple brand lines, where I lead efforts in performance management, employee engagement, recruitment and policy development for a rapidly growing team. In this role, I’ve developed comprehensive HR frameworks, including case management, ADA accommodations, and classification systems, resulting in a 98% employee satisfaction rating and improved workplace climate. Before Magzeal, I worked in Talent Acquisition, where I gained valuable experience in full-cycle recruiting, pipeline management, and employer branding. My early career in the banking industry provided a strong foundation in operations, training, compliance, recruitment and team leadership, helping me transition into HR with a deep understanding of business operations and employee experience. I take a data-driven, people-minded approach to HR, ensuring that every strategy I implement is grounded in empathy and operational efficiency. I’m currently pursuing my PHR certification to further enhance my HR expertise and continue supporting organizations as a strategic business partner and employee advocate. I am a college graduate from one of the top Agriculture schools in the upper Midwest. Currently working as a sales agronomist for a growing seed dealership. I have a passion for helping growers with their everyday agronomic issues, and concerns. Most of my hobbies involve being outdoors, hunting or fishing. I spend as much time as possible with my family and my young dog. I also enjoy talking with farmers both in my area, and from other areas about the agronomic concerns they have. Doing this allows me to broaden my knowledge in order to better serve the people that I work with.

My career began in the U.S. Army, an experience that shaped much of who I am today. It gave me a global perspective, fostering a deeper understanding of others, their diverse backgrounds, and the world around me. These lessons have become the foundation of how I approach challenges, mentor others, and continue to grow in my career. Over the years, I’ve learned that success in IT is about more than just technical expertise—it’s about understanding people, adapting to change, and solving problems creatively. I strive to mentor others whenever possible, streamline tasks that become repetitive, and take the time to fully understand a problem before tackling complex challenges. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue growing, exploring new technologies, and contributing to solutions that make a meaningful impact.
