Innovative growth company builder and hands-on doer with a strong background in sales, customer service, and new business development. Most recently I worked in a leading role in building a new business – Employee benefit bike service, Epassi (Finland & Sweden) I joined Epassi after selling my startup to the company in 2022. I took responsibility for starting and managing a completely new employee bike service and developing the product from idea to launch. We built a team and an entire service that grew from 0 euros in revenue to 35 million euros in two years. The service is now used by the largest employers in Finland and Sweden – from listed companies to welfare areas, cities and banks. In my most recent positions I have focused particularly on planning, developing and launching new business in the international B2B field. Daily tasks included sales development and management, product development, cross functional operations and team lead.
