Over 10 years of merchandise planning experience, mostly within action sports/youthful fashion markets in Australia and NZ. My last role in retail was managing all planning and buying functions across multiple store formats in AU and NZ. I have since moved into distribution within the book publishing industry, again in AU and NZ, based in the NSW Southern Highlands. We distribute to retailers and my previous experience as a retailer has been very beneficial understanding customer's business requirements and how that can improve on the wholesale side.
