Jennifer Schlesinger is cybersecurity company, BlueVoyant's Vice President of Public Relations. BlueVoyant offers an award-winning comprehensive security operations platform. She leads the company’s public relations and corporate communications strategy. Within one year on the job, she increased gross media audience by more than 20%, awards by 300%, and grew share of voice to first place. Prior to coming to BlueVoyant, Jennifer worked in journalism and broadcast news. She brings this experience to public relations and has a keen eye for finding a story and writing. Given this, she has secured placements in Tier 1 media, including the NY Times, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNBC, Bloomberg, and the New York Stock Exchange. She has also gained industry recognition for BlueVoyant through awards from Microsoft, Deloitte, and LinkedIn, among others. Jennifer was a producer at CNBC for nearly 10 years, focusing on investigations and special projects. She led production on a wide-range of topics, including cybersecurity, fraud, scams and other business related features. Many stories Jennifer produced or authored were among the most viewed on CNBC.com and were also picked up by partners, such as Yahoo Finance and USA Today. Stories Jennifer produced won awards and honors from the Society of American Business Editors and Writers (SABEW), the National Headliner Awards, The New York Press Club, CableFax and the Walter Cronkite Awards. In 2021, an investigation she produced into a banking application won SABEW’s Best in Business Award for Personal Finance. Jennifer was selected for the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania’s Seminar for Business Journalists, as well as the National Press Foundation's Fellowship on Tracking Coronavirus Relief Funds in 2020. She was invited to speak about cybersecurity and the media before Berkley Cyber Risk Solutions' Advisory Board in 2018. Jennifer interned for CNBC, ABC News and ABC Channel 7 News in New York City. She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in communication and business. In her free time, Jennifer volunteers as a mentor for high school students. She is an avid runner and completed the 2019 NYC Marathon.

I am a Cyber Security Client Executive at BlueVoyant, a global leader in managed security services. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and I am currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Maryland. At BlueVoyant, I use my cybersecurity experience to help clients create custom solutions that fit our their specific needs. I'm skilled at connecting complex technical details with business goals, and I prioritize building strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges, and offering advanced security services to improve their internal and external cybersecurity posture. As I work on my MBA, I'm focused on combining business strategies with cybersecurity to drive innovation at BlueVoyant. In my previous role in cybersecurity at IBM, I worked with US financial services and manufacturing clients to provide them with IBM Security software and services solutions that helped them achieve their compliance, data security, threat detection and response, and identity and access management goals. I collaborated with a wide network of security business partners and cross-functional teams to drive value to customers both pre and post sale. I also assisted technical security teams in product demonstrations, roadmaps, POCs, and workshops. I am passionate about protecting customers from today's advanced cyber threats and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
