As an Engineer, I had always wished I had someone who would guide me - telling me what’s important, what I have to work on, and what I should ignore. Having gone through all that and then some, I now look to be the positive influence I wish I had. As a manager, my greatest passion was teaching people the skills to create and drive the careers they want to have.
