With a strong foundation in the crypto industry since 2013, I bring over a decade of experience covering strategic, operational, and consultative roles across various blockchain domains. My journey began with publishing a pioneering 56-page Bitcoin report in 2015, followed by 100+ published articles on topics including compliance, CEXs, Web3, NFTs, DeFi, GameFi, tokenization, and stablecoins. My work has been featured on leading industry platforms and in mainstream media, where I share insights on crypto’s most critical issues. In my consultancy work, I advise corporate and individual investors on Web3 project development, crypto exchange establishment, and strategic investment in blockchain startups. My services span the full lifecycle of exchange creation, from compliance and product integration to building marketing channels. I specialize in incubation support for projects, including designing tokenomics, drafting whitepapers, securing funding, and structuring projects for long-term growth and market success. Since 2021, I have served as Senior Growth & Operations Manager at Bybit, where I lead end-to-end local exchange operations and drive the quarterly and annual strategic roadmap for growth. My role includes executing 220+ growth-targeted promotions, managing channel-based marketing, and overseeing both traditional and digital campaigns. I lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize product offerings, enhance UI/UX, and ensure smooth product integrations. Additionally, I manage comprehensive listing processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to meet market standards and navigate industry regulations. Certified in CCNA, Active Directory, Ethical Hacking (CEH), OSINT, and IT Law, I combine technical proficiency with a deep understanding of compliance requirements. I leverage this expertise to build compliant, secure, and operationally sound solutions, supporting Bybit’s local and global growth in an evolving regulatory landscape. I am passionate about shaping the future of crypto and Web3 through strategic insights, operational excellence, and thought leadership.
