My career began in contingency and retained search, which led to extensive international corporate recruitment experience in contract recruiting and talent acquisition consulting in the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia.
I’ve worked for Software, SaaS, E-commerce, Cloud, Data, and AI firms, hiring technology talent for 30 years, with Data and AI-related roles going back 20.
With a passion for AI, I’ve formed Big Data Scouts as a hands-on Managing Partner and I also continue to support Buchanan Technologies as a Technology Talent Partner.
