In my role as Portfolio Manager, I actively manage EPF’s North Asia Shariah Equity mandate, while specializing within the technology hardware and semiconductors space. In my day-to-day role, I research and engage with companies to keep up to speed with latest company and industry development and insights, conduct analysis and make stock recommendations which add value to portfolio, suggest tactical trading ideas to take advantage of market situation, and is also involved in longer-term, strategic portfolio decisions including country/sector allocation and cash weighting etc. in meeting annual portfolio income and return targets. I am a CFA charterholder as of February 2022.
