I began my IT career at The Pennsylvania State University where I worked as a technician and later as a helpdesk manager. While working to pay for my education I also developed my customer service and management skills. With rising expenses, I put my degree on hold for a few years and took a helpdesk position in the Intercollegiate Athletics department at The Pennsylvania State University. I expanded my skills into other areas such as automation and deployment and was eventually hired full-time as a System Administrator. Meanwhile I was able to attend classes part-time and complete my B.S. in Science. After moving the Maryland I worked on contract with the University of Baltimore gaining experience in a new setting while seeking a full-time position. I took a full-time position with ZeniMax Online and later transferred to ZeniMax Media where I work as a Lead Systems Architect. I've been given the opportunity to expand my skill set into other areas such as Exchange, Azure, and Microsoft 365 in a global hybrid Entra ID and multi-forest Active Directory environment.
