Since pivoting from my engineering role, early in my career - the last 9 years have taken me through an incredible journey across technology startups solving a multitude of problems. Working with organizations in 0-1, 1-10, and exponential growth stages, have taught me to look at problems from multiple vantage points.
From helping F&B Brands grow their presence and drive traction at Zomato, to joining the founding team of a hyperlocal-tech-logistics firm at Roadrunnr where I led the expansion and growth - eventually helping take it to an acquisition by Zomato. The last 5 years since then, have been in core Enterprise Software - SaaS. My time at Belong gave me a platform to work closely in Human Capital transformation using technology, solving for challenges across Fortune 100 companies around the world - specifically around hiring, retention, engagement, and all things people.
In my last role, I was leading the global business for a fintech firm - Recko, transforming the way the world runs its financial back-office operations. Helping finance teams adopt technology, automate processes and help them derive valuable business insights. Recko was acquired by Stripe in late 2020/early 2021.
First principle thinker by design, data-driven & customer-obsessed professional by DNA. Having had a ringside view to large-scale technology transformation/disruption in behemoths - saving them millions of dollars in cost; technology both inspires and humbles me.
Today, as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte within the Transformational Change practice, I work with clients on their change management journey in their ever evolving digital/process transformation journeys.
